2. CNC hollow POM gears, reduction gear design, and high transmission ratio, to achieve a greater extrusion torque.
3. The driven gear adopts double ball bearings instead of the original needle bearings, with smaller clearance and higher precision.
4. Selection of high-strength mold steel as the material of the feed gear, the use of nano-coating surface treatment process, the Rockwell hardness of the gear as a whole HRC value of 62-65; surface hardness HV value of 1000-1200 greatly ensures that the strength of the gear, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance.
5. Helical gear design, meshing performance is better, gear transmission is smoother, more linear power transmission. Transmission overlap is large, long meshing time, and a large contact area, so that the stress becomes smaller, thus improving the gear’s load-bearing capacity, as well as extending the service life of the gear. Lightweight design, to ensure the strength of the gear itself under the condition of hollowing out the gear’s excess material, reduce the weight of the gear.
