The PEI build platform is very easy to install, simply remove the adhesive on the back of the magnetic base and stick it onto the hot bed, then align the steel plate with the base.
It can print on a heat bed at a maximum temperature of 130 ℃. Suitable for PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, and etc. filaments. If you are unable to achieve the perfect first layer, please try reducing the printing speed.
When the temperature of the heating bed is about 60℃, good adhesion can be achieved. You can print directly on each side of the double-sided PEI sheet without using glue or other tools to help the model adhere to the sheet.
If you need more adhesion for tough-to-stick filaments like Nylon, feel free to use glue sticks and rinse off with water after use.
At the temperature of 60℃, you don’t need to worry about fingerprint curling. It can also print PETG well, but the temperature of the hotbed needs to be around 80-85℃.
