Nanovia PC-PTFE : Low friction : Nanovia ➞
Nanovia PC-PTFE is a technical 3D printing material that combines the tribological features of PTFE with the toughness of polycarbonate. This FFF filament has been specifically designed for mechanical parts under high and repetitive friction in demanding environments. Components made using Nanovia PC-PTFE can be used at up to 130 °C.

Best filaments for low friction surfaces Question Hello! I'm doing some research about FDM produced parts. The idea of the study is putting those parts in a friction pairing that requires really smooth surfaces. I've come across ABS, ASA, PVB and HIPS as chemically 'smoothable' materials, but I'm looking for more options.
