Reinforced with Carbon Fiber: PC-CF filament offers superior stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability while reducing warping and shrinkage for improved dimensional accuracy. Heat resistance is significantly boosted, withstanding temperatures up to 140 °C.
Smart CF Reinforcement Level: The 15% carbon fiber ratio offers a well-balanced overall performance. It retains good flexural strength, toughness, and a relatively high elongation at break without becoming overly brittle.
Self-Supporting and Easy to Print: Supports complex geometries with a single nozzle and peels off cleanly without residue. Beginner-friendly and performs best at higher temperatures, 280 °C is recommended for stronger layer adhesion.
Fast Printing: Over 100% higher flowability than other pc cf filament, our pc carbon fiber filament supports infill speeds up to 350 mm/s. For overhangs, bridges, or bottom layers, slower speeds are recommended, with a maximum of 200 mm/s for stable results.
Superior: Compared to PET-CF, our PC-CF offers higher strength, greater toughness, better heat resistance, faster print speeds, and lower material density for lightweight, high-performance prints.
