Then Prevailent T-80 is your solution!
Prevailent was engineered to solve common problems in our own 3D printing projects. It was developed to overcome warping issues in 3D printing and improve the release of parts after completion. It’s water soluble for easy cleanup, non-toxic, and virtually odorless during use.
Filament Compatibility: PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, HIPS, and TPU. Testing is ongoing and more filaments will be added to the list as testing is completed. Prevailent T-80 has been tested and certified by an independent lab, Modern Testing Services, LLC, (US TRA Report # 67320-060040) (2020)
Strong Hold, Easy Release
This 3D printer adhesive holds parts firmly on the bed while printing. Once the bed is cooled, parts can be easily removed.
Simple to Apply
Can be applied to cold or warm beds using the provided twist-top applicator and customized sponge brush.
Various Filament Types
Works with various filament types including PLA, ABS, ASA, TPU, HIPS, and PETG. Additional filaments are being tested regularly.
Multiple Bed Surfaces
Works with multiple bed surfaces including borosilicate glass, PEI, blue painter’s tape, and other commonly used bed materials. Not yet tested on bare metals.
Cost-Efficient Printing
Prevailent T-80 can be easily touched-up, enabling multiple prints with minimal usage.
Easy Cleanup
This formula is water soluble and can be easily wiped away from print beds and parts using water and a towel.
No Strong Odor
This adhesive has a mild, citrus scent and is virtually odorless during use.
