Adhesion of the printing piece to the PP film is perfect, but glued part is not that good.

Polypropylene film adhesion to the printed object is perfect, but glued side does not stick to the printer bed. At least this is true for the Engineering plate of the Bambu X1C printer.

Applied film to the printing bed estremely carefully, used credit card to avoid air bubbles – no success.

PP filament box suggests 60-100C for the printing bed, but sheet just unstick around the printed piece both at 100C and 60C, even if printer camera is heated up to 55C.

Any ideas why?

This is a great filament if you’re looking to make tires or belts of any kind. I had some small issues with clogging of the nozzle but Reprap was very helpful and helped me get things sorted out. I would probably suggest using a slightly larger nozzle than a .4 and make sure to run your prints a little more slowly. Because said material is so flexible fast retraction speeds cause some problems.

I was a bit apprehensive printing TPU as I’ve heard that it can be a bit tricky at first. I had a coupon and prior experience with Reprapper and needed a solid gray TPU so I decided to test this out. After doing some research I decided to go with a textured build plate (you can also use PEI with a glue stick). The nozzle temperature used was 220C for the first layer, and then 215C for the remaining layers. The bed temperature was 80C (using the textured plate). The first layer of this filament went down perfectly. I used a pre-existing profile that included tweaks for retraction, speed, cooling/fan – you can find this as the “FLEX” filament profile if using a Prusa. This filament has a shore hardness of 95A which feels quite good in the hands. My test model was a foldable fidget cube and endcaps to secure 18650 batteries. The prints turned out perfect. The filament was vacuum sealed very well which is important for TPU as it likes to absorb water. I’m curious about their spools as they look like recycled material.

Bin echt überrascht worden, auf meinenm SVOL SV04 druckt es sich wie PLA, allerdings muß man beim Sovol dafür sorgen das bei Verwendung der Standart Spulenhalter das Filament nicht vom Drucker von der Rolle gezogen wird sondern es manuell soweit abgewickelt wird das der Extruder es ohne “ziehen” zur Düse befördert. (BEim Sovol ist der Weg von der Spule bis zum Extruder sehr lang, so das sich das Filament soweit längt das der Extruder es dann nicht mehr greifen kann und es zum Stau vor der Düse kommt. wei normalen einzugslängen passiert das nicht! Filament ist gut solange der Drucker es vernünftig führt!

Cuando lo abri y saque de la caja pense;” se han equivocado, lo devuelvo, esto es gris”. Y es que a simple vista es totalmente gris, no se intuye en absoluto el verde.
Acerqué una linterna, la deje enfocando unos segundos y sí la parte iluminada del filamento brillava intensamente.

Cambie el filamento sin problemas, y puse a imprimir mi diseño, el hilo esta muy “compactado” y notaba como el extrusor daba tirones, y supongo que hay que modificar algunos parametros de extrusión porque tuve algo de “stringing”.
Superado esto… resultados impresionantes, brilla con muchisima intensidad.
Hay que dejar que le de el sol o con una linterna y brilla un buen rato.

私の使っているPPだけかもですが反る反る
このシート使ってもシートごと浮いて来ます
シートの粘着が弱いのかもしれません
その場合はビルドプレートへの接着タイプをプリムにして接地面を拡げる必要があります
それでもこのシートごと浮きそうになる
でもあるとないのじゃ全然違う
絶対に必要

印刷物とくっつきすぎてシートが印刷物からはがれないことあるのとシートごと浮くことがありそうなると粘着が弱まって次の印刷には使えなかったりします
PP用のシートでPLAが全く定着しないってのどこかで見たけどPP用ですから
フィラメントの一般的な定着シートではないのでご注意を

板ばねの曲げテストで当て板として使用。
10mm角の小さなものなら問題なくできる。
元々ヒートベッドに定着しない。
付属のPPシートだけ　しっかりとくっ付く。
大きいものはABSのように歪がとてもひどく、
ヒートベッドに張り付けたPPシートをはがす勢いで反ってしまう。
ただし弾力がある柔らかさなのでABSのように積層で割れたりしない。
条件を整っていけば、造形用途が広がる面白い材料だ。
