Fiberon by Polymaker: A new product line dedicated to democratizing high-performance composite materials. This cost-effective 3D printing filament is optimized for high-speed printing and offers excellent printability and compatibility with most mainstream and entry-level printers, enabling the production of high-performance parts.
Strong & Low Moisture Sensitive: Polymaker Fiberon PA612-CF is a carbon fiber-reinforced nylon 3D printing filament. It has lower moisture sensitivity than PA6/66 and PA6 materials, while offering superior mechanical properties compared to PA12. This filament ensures excellent printability, with good first layer adhesion and no jamming, warping, or distortion.
Wide Application: The 1.75 Fiberon PA612-CF filament offers excellent mechanical and thermal properties, along with impressive dimensional stability. It is suitable for industrial tooling, automotive applications, and end-use parts. With a broad printing temperature range, this filament is compatible with most consumer printers.
Tangle-Free & Resealable Bag: The 1.75 Fiberon PA612-CF nylon filament is carefully wound to prevent tangling and vacuum-sealed in a resealable ziplock bag with a desiccant. After use, guide the filament through the fixed hole to avoid tangles.
Cardboard Spool with Enhanced Hard Edge: Fiberon filament comes in upgraded packaging with a reinforced edge coating and a fully recycled cardboard spool and box. The hard edge prevents dust degradation and protects against deformation and delamination.
