2 Stable Performance
1 Automated Factory
2 Specificity
What is Turbo PLA made of?
Turbo PLA is a “polyester-based” filament. Similar to PLA , it consists of long molecular chains connected by ester bonds, creating a strong and flexible material. It retains the easy-to-print qualities of PLA while providing faster printing
How does Turbo PLA work and why should I use it?
Turbo PLA can reduce your print times while maintaining the user-friendly properties of standard PLA. Thanks to its higher melt index and enhanced volumetric flow, Turbo PLA melts and cools rapidly, allowing you to complete prints up to 30% faster.
What speeds should I print Turbo PLA at?
To improve adhesion and to reduce warping, the first several layers should be printed at slower speeds of 50-150mm/s. Subsequent layers can be printed at speeds of 250-600mm/s on high-speed printers.
What temperatures should I use when printing Turbo PLA?
Turbo PLA prints best at nozzle temperatures between 200°C and 220°C. Higher speeds require hotter temperatures, while slower speeds benefit from lower temperatures. Ensure your printer enclosure is well-ventilated and cooled to reduce heat creep.
What build plate should I use for Turbo PLA?
For best adhesion, use a heated glass or textured build plate at 35°C-60°C. Turbo PLA sticks firmly to PEI sheets; removing parts may require substantial force. Consider lowering bed temperature or using a thin glue stick layer to lessen adhesion.
[Speed Up to 600mm/s] Turbo PLA filament enables rapid printing at up to 600mm/s with a volumetric flow rate of 40mm^3/s. Its advanced formulation ensures reliable extrusion and consistent flow, minimizing nozzle clogging and print failures, suitable for regular and high-speed 3D printers
[Time Savings] Achieve up to 30% faster print times with Turbo PLA, ensuring quicker project completion and increased productivity. Spend less time waiting and more time creating with this high-speed filament
[Consistent Finish] Turbo PLA guarantees a uniform finish, unaffected by changes in printing speed, ensuring consistent quality throughout the printing process. Turbo PLA’s quick cooling properties optimize overhang performance, reducing drooping or sagging for cleaner prints
[Dimensional Accuracy & Consistency] Utilizing CCD cameras and closed-loop controls, we continuously monitor and adjust the extrusion process in real-time. Our advanced technology and meticulous control measures guarantee a filament diameter of 1.75mm with a tolerance of +/- 0.02mm
[Less Tangle & Hassle] Our meticulous winding and manual inspection guarantees a tidy, tangle-free filament. Featuring a larger inside diameter, our spools minimize friction for smoother feeding, ensuring a hassle-free printing experience
[Risk-Free & Lifetime Guarantee] Experience worry-free 3D printing with Overture filament—backed by our lifetime satisfaction guarantee. Our filament ensures an enjoyable and inclusive 3D printing experience. Supported by our technical support team and vibrant community Discord, trust Overture for seamless printing
[Printing Tips] You might need to lower the PEI heated bed temperature when print with TURBO PLA to avoid the situation that it sticks too well on it
[Important Reminder] Turbo PLA may not bond well with other PLA materials. Therefore, if you plan to do multi-color printing, we recommend avoiding the mixing of Turbo PLA with other materials to ensure optimal printing results and product quality
