This interchangeable system allows individual users to get the perfect first layer while allowing print farms to maximize production with hot-swappable plates. Along with the new and improved build-plate, we’ve revamped the bed level adjustment system with finely tuned silicone spacers to allow for longer lasting bed levels and a more rigid frame.
[Super cooling module]: The fans of the two nozzles can be controlled independently. The side fans of the nozzles use two blower fans to dissipate heat from the print model. The front fans of the nozzles are upgraded to 5010 silent fans to increase the cooling capacity!
Insulated Bed (Edge to Edge) 】One of the biggest problems with the standard 3D printing industry and our previous TL-D3 Pro was the bed heating. Waiting for optimal build plate temperature can be the difference between a great print and a failed one. The D3 Vulcan has custom edge to edge insulation to maximize thermal efficiency, this addition reduces average heat times by up to 50%.
Revamped Cable Management/Strain Relief】One of the most common issues with the TL-D3 happens during certain homing operations, the E1 or E2 cable will catch onto the rear leveling knobs and create tension on the gantry. If not corrected immediately, this can lead to damage to the cabling and even bending of the gantry lead screws. We corrected this by installing retractable cable management, relieving any strain created from cable snagging and reducing risk of accidents and malfunctions.
