<Reference temperature of nozzle and heat bed
Our engineers have tested to print the below different filaments on this JanusBPS build plate. All tests are OK, so please reference:
PLA Material
Can be printed on both sides.
Hotbed Temperature: 50-60℃/ 122-140℉
Nozzle Temperature: 200-210℃/ 392-410℉
TPU – Carbon Fiber – Wood Filament
Can be printed on both sides.
Hotbed Temperature: 50-60℃/ 122-140℉
Nozzle Temperature: 200-220℃/ 392-428℉
PETG Material
Can be printed on both sides.
Hotbed Temperature: 60-85℃/ 140-185℉
Nozzle Temperature: 230-245℃/ 446-473℉
ABS Material
recommand the textured pei side
Hotbed Temperature: 70-120℃/ 158-248℉
Nozzle Temperature: 240-250℃/ 464-482℉

1 The BCZAMD JanusBPS – double printing sided pei only comes one part: the plate which one side is coated pei-brown color, one side is pre-sticked smooth pei sheet ( before printing, please remove the protect dust film surface), a necessary 3d printer upgrade parts. Tips: not include the magntic sheet bottom.
2 The BCZAMD Textrued PEI: is very easy to use, makes the bottom of the model show a textured mattle finish. Suitable for PLA ABS PETG TPU Carbon Fiber WOOD etc printing filament. If you need more adhesion for tough-to-stick filaments like Nylon, feel free to use glue sticks or hairspray, they will wash off with water after use.
3 Another Printing Smooth PEI Side: leaves your prints with a smooth – clean – glass like finish, suitable for PLA TPC Carbon Fiber WOOD filament. Of course, also fit for ABS PETG, but when the pei surface’s temperature is above 80℃/ 176℉, the pei surface will appear some small bubbles, please don’t worry, it won’t influence the printing model, when the print plate become cooler, they will become smaller or appear, but if you mind, please don’t use this side to print ABS and PETG.
4 The print model can be easily removed by bending the plate when the Spring Steel Bed temperature cools down. To clean, use some isopropy alcol after each use to keep contaminants away. If you ever need to restore adhesion, use very fine sandpaper 600 or higher and pass lightly, then clean with alcohl. For PLA and PETG we recommend 70℃ bed temperature.
5 The build surface size: 258X258mm/ 10.1X10.1 inch, compatible with BambuLAB X1, and similarly sized machines. Measure your bed size, not rely on build volume/printing size which is about 5-10mm smaller than the heatbed.
