Heating Kit Detailed Description
1. Heater: 24V 50W, with XH2.54 connector, rod size D6X20mm, total length about 67mm. Using a closed stainless steel sleeve, the heating is even and the printing quality is high.
2. Thermistor: NTC 100K 3950B, with PH2.0 connector, box size OD3x10mm, can sense up to 300℃ for a long time, and can control temperature more accurately. Cable length with terminals approx. 90mm.
3. Installation suggestions: It is recommended that you check whether the components are tight before use, because the assembled hot end kit will become loose during transportation. After installing this hotend printhead kit, we recommend that you re-level the heat bed.
Compatible Models: The heating cartridge element+thermistor temperature sensor fits for Neptune 4, for Neptune 4 Pro, for Neptune 4 Plus FDM 3D printer.
Thermistor Temp Sensor Specifications: Size-D3x10mm, NTC 100K 3950. Made of white high-temperature wire, temperature resistant to 300°C. The cable length with terminals is approximately 90mm.
Temperature Sensor Heating Tube Specifications: 24V 50W, D6X20mm, cable length with terminal is about 45mm.
