How to download APP? How to register?
You can scan the QR code in the manual to download the APP. Or search for âKOKONI3Dâ in the app store to download the APP. After downloading and installing it on your phone, you can register an account. First of all we promise not to violate any privacy. If you pay more attention to privacy, you can choose to register by email. After receiving the verification code, fill it in, and you can easily complete the registration.
How to connect the 3D printer?
1. Click “Create” on the Home page of the APP. Find the model “KOKONI EC1”, click “Connection started”. Click on “WiFi Connection” and then click to go to the next step.
2. Manually press and hold the small red button on the back of the printer until it makes a beep sound.
3. Then click “Enter Setting” on the APP, find the hotspot “KOKONI3D-xxxx” and enter the password “12345678” to connect to it. Then return to the APP and go to the next step.
4. Connect to your own available WiFi network to complete the printer connection.
How to replace the filament of the 3D printer?
The box behind the printer is for better protection of filament. Don’t necessitate the mandatory purchase of printer filament from our APP store. You can remove the screws of the filament box by yourself and replace the PLA filament you want. We have prepared instructional videos for you to easily replace the filament.
How to solve the connection problem?
1. If you could not find hotspot “KOKONI3D-xxxx”—–Return to the previous step in the APP, and then long press the small red button on the back of the printer. This button is a switch for the printer to send out the hotspot signal. Please try to refresh.
2. The nozzle does not produce material when printing—–The end of the filament needs to be processed. Pull the filament out of the printer and trim the filament head with scissors. Insert the end of the filament back into the printer until it stops.
