Is This Really Just Normal Nylon?

Easy to Print, High Heat Resistance

Optimized formulation allows smooth printing at just 220 °C, while still withstanding temperatures up to 90 °C (conditioned state) and 194°C (dry state).

Unmatched Z-Axis Strength

With a flexural modulus of 1612 MPa, this PA6 filament resists compression and deformation better than other modified nylons.

Superior Toughness

Exceptional impact resistance makes it highly durable and less prone to cracking or brittleness, even under mechanical stress.

Reliable Toughness from regular Nylon

Tested under the same conditions, our nylon pa 6 has the best toughness performance—minimizing brittleness and cracking. For many applications, this nylon filament already meets impact, drop, and crack resistance needs without modification.

Pre-Dry for Optimal Results

Due to nylon’s high moisture absorption, drying at 80 °C for 10 hours before each print is strongly recommended to ensure optimal print quality.

Recommended Printing Settings

What can be done to improve the adhesion of nylon filament to the 3D printer build bed?

Check the temperature setting before printing, Nylon filaments have higher extrusion temperature than that of PLA or PETG.Check whether the chamber temperature is too low and the fan speed is too high. If yes, properly raise the heat bed temperature, close the front door of the printer, cover the top cover or put on the enclosure cover, and turn down the fan speed appropriately. If the prints size is large and the infill density is set high and warping occurs, please adjust it appropriately. If the first layer has poor adhesion, it is recommended to re-level the print substrate to reduce the distance between the nozzle and the surface plate. It is recommended that a solid adhesive be applied directly to the base plate for best adhesion.

Nylon filament is highly hygroscopic, so we use double-sided aluminum foil bags to prevent moisture absorption during transportation.

To ensure optimal performance, store the filament in a dry, sealed container with desiccant.

This 1.75mm nylon filament offers over 10 times the toughness and impact strength of standard PLA. With a melting temperature up to 381°F / 194°C, it combines exceptional durability with excellent temperature resistance for reliable, high-performance printing
YXPOLYER nylon filament’s low friction coefficient and high abrasion resistance are significantly better than PLA, making it more suitable for gears, bearings, and other moving components. Its abrasion resistance ensures parts remain functional over extended periods of use.
Our 3d printing filament’s heat resistance is far superior to PLA, maintaining structural integrity at higher operating temperatures, suitable for automotive and industrial environments. Nylon exhibits excellent chemical resistance, particularly against oils, greases, and various solvents, making it a go-to material for industrial applications.
The excellent layer adhesion of nylon filament 1.75mm enhances the structural integrity of printed parts, reducing the likelihood of delamination. This material ensures strong interlayer bonding, contributing to the overall strength and durability of the print.
Ours superior fatigue resistance makes this 3d printer filament ideal for parts that experience cyclic loading, such as hinges and springs. Its ability to endure repetitive stress without cracking adds to the longevity of dynamic components.
