This spring steel plate has two different build surfaces to meet different printing needs. One side is PEI sticker with smooth surface, has good effect on the model bottom surface; Another side is the golden PEI textured, high adhesion and the model not easy to warp. The double-sided build plate combines the advantages of the textured/ smooth PEI sticker and can be switched freely.
Excellent Flatness, Easy model removal: The spring steel plate not ony has high flatness but also has good elasticity, it is not deformed after repeated bending, and easy to remove the printed model. This high-strength spring steel plate can reduces the inertia of the platform movement during printing and help the 3D printer run smoothly;
Keep attention to the Part Removal– Make sure your plate is at close to room temp (under 30C) before removing parts. If you remove when hot it more likely to damage the surface
Can print some strong stickness filaments without heating Like PLA, PETG, TPU, But Please NOTE: If you are not careful with your 1st layer you can risk bonding the PETG/PCTG/TPU to the PEI surface. This will damage the surface. To prevent damage to the surface apply hairspray or PVA gluestick before printing PETG/PCTG/TPU on the PEI surface.
