Top-tier Direct Drive Extruder: The direct extruder kit features a bolster spring and a ball plunger, ensuring over 1000 hours of clog-free extrusion. The nozzle and heatbreak are combined to prevent heat creep and facilitate easy replacement. Additionally, the hardened steel-tipped nozzle can handle high-strength engineering filaments with confidence. A 60W ceramic heater encircles the hotend, capable of fully melting ABS, PETG, PLA-CF, and other high-temperature filaments seamlessly.
Enhanced Print Quality: The Z-axis is equipped with precision linear shafts and timing belts, eliminating layer shifts caused by misaligned lead screws. Two model cooling fans, positioned at the front and back of the printhead, provide strong and even cooling during printing for superior print quality. The front part cooling fan and hotend cooling fan are dynamically balanced to reduce wobbling, minimizing ringing or ghosting. Vibration resonance is minimized using a G-sensor.
