Finnish company miniFactory, one of the first companies to enter the market for affordable FFF 3D printers, is introducing the new flagship 3D printer miniFactory Ignite at Formnext 2023. miniFactory has come a long way since its first low-cost system over a decade ago. The new machine combines high temperatures, large size, advanced quality assurance technology and cost efficiency.
The new miniFactory Ignite offers a huge printing area of 600 x 400 x 400 mm. This eliminates any restrictions in terms of size while maintaining freedom in the choice of material for the application. Ignite is equipped with an intelligent heating chamber that can withstand temperatures of over 200°C. It enables validated printing with materials such as ULTEM9085, PA-CF, PC, ABS, PEEK and PEKK.
Dual printing capabilities give users the freedom to print different substrates and create even the most challenging geometries. The open materials system allows users to select their preferred supplier and materials. Ignite’s integrated drying station ensures an optimal environment for each material, making it a complete solution for different printing needs.
The Finnish company’s main goal for the miniFactory Ignite is to offer high-end 3D printing capabilities without a high price tag, allowing businesses to unleash their creativity at an affordable price. Ignite is part of the miniFactory ecosystem and is therefore equipped with remote control, intelligent monitoring and quality assurance software.
In summary, the miniFactory Ignite combines large print volume and unmatched productivity with affordability. As a market accelerator, it puts the power of 3D printing in the hands of users and offers the opportunity to take productivity to the next level.
“Our mission is clear: to make 3D printing a reliable manufacturing method for even the most demanding requirements. Make the smart choice today – choose miniFactory for a future where precision, reliability and quality assurance are non-negotiable. This is where your success story in 3D printing begins!” commented Olli Pihlajamäki, the company’s COO.
